The Group Studio Day is a 3-hour private experience at CHSN Studios, Bristol - designed for coaches, brands, athletes and creators who want to bring their people together and leave with professional images that do the day justice.
Whether you're rewarding your clients, shooting content for your brand, documenting a training session or hosting a fitness event - the space is yours, the photographer is included, and everyone gets their own professional shots.
Two ways to book
Focused Group - 2 to 6 people
The smaller the group the more individual attention each person receives. From 30 edited shots each for a duo down to 10 each for a group of six. Each person is pulled aside individually while the rest of the group trains, creates content or simply makes use of the space. Everyone leaves with their own professionally edited images.
Event & Group Day - up to 30 people
Full event coverage for larger groups, brand days, coach appreciation events and fitness activations. Your photographer works across the session - capturing BTS, group moments, training in action and individuals pulled aside wherever the schedule allows. The focus is on documenting the energy and atmosphere of the day. 60 edited images delivered covering the session as a whole.

How your day runs
Your 3 hours are yours to use how you need them. Arrive, get settled and grab a drink while we run through the brief. From there your photographer works through the group — for a Focused Group each person gets between 20 minutes and a full hour of individual shooting time depending on group size, stepping away from the group temporarily while everyone else trains or creates freely in the space. For an Event Day we work across the full session capturing everything as it unfolds.
